Back To The Future

Arthur House is an iconic six-story concrete building designed by architects Cruickshank and Seward during the 1960s. The building is a prime example of workplace design at its finest, showcasing the vibrant design ethos of that era. Today, it stands tall as a historical landmark renowned for its profound architectural allure and distinct character.

Our design studio has been handpicked for this ambitious endeavor, and our mission is to seamlessly blend the raw industrial textures of the original structure with carefully selected materials and patterns that pay homage to the building's rich history.

Our focus is on creating stunning office interiors that preserve the building's heritage while embracing contemporary design principles. As the renovations unfold, we will be infusing elements reminiscent of the 1960s, curating a distinctive style that honors the building's past while propelling it into a redefined era of workplace design.

Once complete, Arthur House will offer modern amenities, including a gym, social spaces for events and gatherings, and serviced office spaces spanning 3000 sqm.

“ Youth have taken a complex brief and created an outstanding design which, once implemented, will take an unsustainable 1960s office building into the forefront of modern workspaces. Their attention to detail and willingness to adapt and evolve is a rare quality in the industry.”
