Redefining Luxury Living
Located in the Manchester suburb of Bowden, Altrincham, the Eversley Villas are grade-II listed townhouses delivered as high-end residential designs for a private client.
Inspired by the architectural period, the interior design has been developed to create a dramatic sense of tones and materiality within a timeless aesthetic of solid and monolithic forms.
The client approached our design studio to revamp the interior architecture and spatial arrangements of their townhouses, and position their offering better within the residential market. By stripping the existing designs back to the original architecture, the studio worked closely with the client to develop layouts that catered to the lifestyle of its residents.
Throughout the project, we collaborated with skilled craftsmen from different fields to ensure that every detail spoke to the value of the positioning within the residential market and appealed to residents with a refined taste for beauty.
Upon completion, the project will feature six high-end townhouses, each with three or four bedrooms, covering a total area of 900sqm. The townhouses will also include private offices, home gyms, and walk-in dressing rooms.
